BEAK: Light bluish horn
EYES: Reddish Bay
EAR-LOBES: White
HEAD: Plumage, lustrous, rich, dark reddish orange
NECK: Hackle—Lustrous, rich reddish orange with a nar- row black strip extending down the middle of each lower hackle feather, tapering to a point just short of the tip,. Front of Neck—Lustrous greenish black
BACK: Rich dark reddish orange. Cape—Black and red- dish orange. Saddle—Same as hackle, but with less striping.
TAIL: Main Tail—Black, Sickles and Coverts—Lustrous greenish black. Smaller Coverts—reddish orange
WINGS: Fronts-Black, Coverts—Lustrous greenish black, forming 2 distinct bars across the wing. Bows—Deep rich salmon. Primaries— Black, except lower edges of lower webs, which should be a dark reddish orange. Secondaries—Exposed surface showing enough dark red- dish orange to make a dark reddish orange wing bay, the dark reddish orange expanding in upper feathers until the top secondary shows entirely dark reddish orange; remainder of secondary’s black.

BODY AND FLUFF: Lower Thighs—Black
LEGS AND TOES: Leaden blue.

BACK: Reddish orange to brownish gray with an amber colored shaft, finely stippled with brownish black.
TAIL: Main Tail—Dull black. Coverts—Same color as back.
WINGS: Fronts, Bows and Coverts—same as back. Primaries—Upper webs, dull black; lower webs, gray. Secondaries—Exposed portion, same color as back; remainder of each feather, black.
BREAST: Rich dark salmon, shading to chestnut blending with body color at the sides.
BODY AND FLUFF: Deep ashy gray.
