                 Limit of 2 meat pens per exhibitor

All birds must be at least 4 months old at the time of the show except for broilers.

   Broiler check in 8;30 a.m., Wed. July 5th and judging begins at 9 a.m. 

(Broilers must be removed immediately following Judging)

Fancies will be judged at 10 a.m. Thur, July 6th. (Barn closed during Judging)

Showmanship signup will be on Wed in the poultry barn (8-10,11-13, & 14 -up)

PeeWee Showmanship preregister w/PeeWee form.(ages 4-7 only)

Showmanship will be on Thur, July 6th 2:30 or when Judging is done.

For breed and section(breed class) determination, please refer to www.americianpoultryassn.com list of “recognized breeds Varieties” or the American Poultry Association’s (APA) Standard of Perfection.

** All Birds Entered Must be Recognized Breed and Color Variety by the APA (not ABA) **

** Please list Variety (Color) and Breed in the Class section of the entry form **

** Variety and Breed must both be listed in order to process entry forms **

** Shavings and Cups will be provided **

** the state Vets must run blood test on all birds on Wednesday unless your flock is NPIP Certified (Bring Certification DOC’s) to insure the health and safety of the whole barn **

** Animal substitutions are to be within class and breed only **

Date of Birth:

1: Cock -Male over 1 year of age                                       3. Hen – Female over 1 year of age

2: Cockerel – Male under 1 year of age                            4: Pullet – Female under 1 year of age

An Example Entry form for a Black Cochin Bantam Cockerel shown in open and youth would be:

Awards will be given at the discretion of the Superintendent based on the number of entries in each class. The Superintendent reserves the right to withdraw birds exhibiting symptoms of illness or infestation from the show.

**Entries cannot be sent directly to the superintendent. **
