Dear APA Members:

Below are the results of the 2022 APA Election of Officers and Directors. I am sure everyone very much appreciates the willingness of all of the candidates to serve. As you will see, there is a tie for the position of District 7 Director. Article II, Section h of the By-Laws says that “In case of a tie vote, a new election will be held within the following 45 days after verification of the tie.” President Podgwaite is reviewing the verification process and will provide additional details when they become available. I want to take this opportunity to apologize to all of you for a few days delay in getting the ballots to the Election Commissioner. I sent them on Monday via UPS using the address I had on file, but that address lacked an “S” for south and so UPS returned the package to me. The box was sent out again on Thursday via FedEx, Pat received it on Friday, and reported the results to me about one hour ago.
